The White Rose Foundation, Inc. was founded in Denver, Colorado on January 17, 2007 by the Denver Chapter, The Links, Incorporated as a private 501 (c)(3) organization formed for charitable and educational purposes. The purpose of The White Rose Foundation, Inc. is to promote, encourage, assist and engage in any and all kinds of work to improve the educational, social and economic welfare of minorities and other disadvantaged persons. We support and initiate programs of public education among the citizens of Colorado and work together towards achieving common goals.

Mission Statement
The White Rose Foundation, Incorporated is the philanthropic arm of the Denver Chapter, Links Incorporated, an organization of professional women of color that addresses disparities in the black community.
The White Rose Foundation, Incorporated provides support through partnerships, funding, service, and education - to organizations that reflect the values of The Links.
